I love it at the beginning of a diet... because I lose the "easy" weight fast. At first I lose a pound a day. It's when I have to work just as hard to lose a pound a week that it gets discouraging. So far so good. Gotta keep that goal in mind whenever I am tempted to pop something in my mouth.
