well we went on a short 3 night holiday so was expecting to be up even more. we didn't eat out any meals but supper so my day meals were not heavy. We ate our suppers later in the evening and I was relaxed and full so didn't night eat. but last night was a very emotional night again and I stuffed my emotions and cried till late in the night. I know I am grieving a huge change in my life and some tough stuff that came with that. i did enjoy the mini holiday a lot, though, and even was able to walk a bit with my walker....my body cooperated.....later that day it flared up again and i could hardly get from the car into our hotel room. these weird flare ups keep happening (Almost losing my ability to walk) and i have been trying to figure out what the triggers are.....it sure is extreme for fibromyalgia but i think that is what it is. will keep working on it. and my goal today is to not night eat or eat for real hunger and not for emotions. Fast forward and the day is done.....totally went over my calories.....evening snacking while watching tv did me in.....husband snacks too but he is not overweight....he exercises...anyway, I am so full now I wont be doing any middle of the night eating....I hope!!!
