Lost about 3 pounds, then...Just weighed myself after 46 days of not posting to Fat Secret. Same weight to the ounce(!) as when I stopped posting. Have been exercising like crazy tho' --1200 km biking and spinning mostly--and notice a huge difference the fit of my clothes. BUT I need to drop some weight! What can I expect -- I guess I have improved the muscle fat ratio.... Will it be more difficult to lose pounds?
