It has been a while since I was on here. Life has been crazy. I have tried to track and calculate in my head and workout as much as I can. I am hoping when I weigh in later this week it will not be horrible news!

Okay to get back on track I am apparently just going to have to track and then really work on changing my intake when I can see how bad it really is number wise. I do pretty decent but with all the rushing around I guess I lose track of what I should be taking in. I must be more prepared to make good choices.
