We will see how this goes. I am young and was previously above my ideal weight quite a bit more then I had imagined I was. I lost weight going into college and began eating healthier. My goal now is to maintain a healthy look and feel to my body. Looking back I can see how a mere 20 pounds was an issue for my back and knees, and as much as I hate to admit it, my self-esteem. I do not even believe I was tipping the scales at 170. The weight is not so much an issue anymore as is a healthy weight. As in more muscle, less fat! With an ipod app I hope I maintain interest in this site and my health. Here is to the future me!
