2010 is the year I'm finally going to do this. I've been at least 10 lbs overweight since I was about 8 or 9 years old, mainly because of unhealthy eating habits and a lack of physical exercise. I'm now a whopping 40 lbs overweight, despite being a member of a gym for the last year, and exercising on a fairly regular basis. Food is my enemy, and I'm ready to defeat him!!
