I forgot to measure and weigh myself this morning but hopefully I'll remember tomorrow. I wish I went to the gym today but when I get off work I just want to relax! I also wish I didn't eat the ice cream but then again I was still below the 1200 calories. I just didn't get the right % of protein.
Tomorrow is a new day!
