I am taking HCG compounded from local pharmacy via injection with added vit-b as a daily booster. I hope to lose 30 plus pounds during phase 2 of the diet. I am supervised through a local Bariatric MD in Plano TX. The cost of the HCG with V-B is only $50.00 for a 21 day dosage amount. The Dr. appointments are covered through my health insurance. This diet is not a permanent solution but I am hopeful that with the aid of the HCG and the rapid weight loss, I will lose stored fat and avoid muscle loss. I have lost 12 pounds in 15 days. The MD I am seeing recommends 3-meals a day with a total load of 750 calories, the food choices are very specific and there is no room for cheating. I have dealt with slight feelings of hunger, but the majority of the time I have not felt hunger.
