It is hard to record my weight. I know it is just 'that time' and that I'll lose at least 5 - 10lb in a week. I also expect to lose weight due to this detox. So I really expect to get back to 140-144 within a couple weeks. I gained weight too fast for it 'not' to be water weight.
I've started drinking white tea. I've also started drinking more milk. I've also had bread a bit. My carb intake is still well below the OWL level. But I might have added a food back into my diet that I'm intolerant of.
I am cutting out the Latte. I might make a 'diet' version at home using decaf coffee instead of esspresso. I LOVE Latte.
My only problem is that I gained the weight right before Christmas. If I don't lose it then I have to be extra careful over the holiday.

Since you asked to be my buddy I am going to offer some advice. I don't want to be critical, so it will be merely suggestions & you can take from it whatever you like. I would cut back on your net carbs, cut out the bread all together & not eat beans at all. I am technically in phase four & do not eat over 100 net carbs EVER. I try to stay at 50-60. While everyones ACE # is different, you should be consuming a much lower net carb # than 107 when in OWL. I can look at your food diary for the past week if you like & tell you where I think you could improve on it? Just let me know.
One day at a time as it is a way of life not a diet! We all make mistakes, no one is perfect so you just pick up & start fresh. :o)
