I really don't know how that happened given how much crap I ate this week, however it was pretty busy and stressful so maybe I burned more calories than I thought... that or I'm dehydrated!
I'll have to make sure I sustain this loss over the next couple weeks.
Edit: OMG I just realised my bar changed colour! How exciting!
