Done in by a pumpkin pie. I thought I was being very responsible in my shopping choices at Costco and was under control all the way through dinner. But my wife had bought a huge pumpkin pie. I still had a few calories left, so I thought I would have one little tiny sliver, which led to another, which led to another, until I had eaten a full-sized piece. Dang!

Alan, you are amazing in your capacity to eat 1101 calories one day and jump to 3417 the next. How the heck did you do that? I am the plateau queen so I wish with all my soul I could eat more than 1100 calories without gaining. You rock!!! I am truly amazed. Well talk to your lovely wife about sabatoging your efforts with pumpkin pie. My goodness stay out of Costco!!! I watch your progress with bated breath.lol
