Made some adjustments. Lowered protein back down from 8oz per meal to 6.5oz after bulking for a bit. Also need to be more strict on the diet. Time to cut some fat.
244.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.3 lb a week
