Well tonight I am going to Rovers.. 12 courses.. plus wine.. now how in the world do I count calories on that? yeah I don't ... so I took my entire list of food, checked it all off and said.. dinner.. figuring the calorie content will be shown .. but clearly not the accurate menu.
so today would be my cheat day of this diet.... big time.
