I hope my parents, psychiatrist, and therapist do not find out I have this app, or more importantly what I'm using it for. They'll freak out and tell me I need to go back into treatment for my eating disorder...😣 I just want to get to my UGW. 😒

Hi Alex. Welcome to FS. The community here is very supportive, but we generally want to see people working towards a healthy weight. 90 pounds sounds like an awfully low goal weight. It sounds like your parents, psychiatrist, and therapist all want you to be healthy. That's a good thing. Please take care not to use this website to reinforce dangerous eating behaviors. You deserve better than that.

My first intention on using this app was to use it correctly and in a healthy manner. But then I also downloaded fasting secret...and it changed what I use this app for. I'm trying to use it to keep track of my calories, and make sure I'm eating enough, or more than what I've been eating. My therapist yesterday said she's thinking about sending me inpatient...so I'm more than likely going to delete this app until I can use it correctly. Thanks for the support

I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling so, but I'm happy you have a strong circle of support. Good luck with your treatments, whether inpatient or ongoing outpatient.

Thank you. I do have a strong and supportive support team, and I should be using it to my advantage. I will now. I realize what I'm doing is unhealthy.
