Trying to get out to do more walking/jogging. Finding exercise that doesn't aggravate my shoulder is difficult, but I keep telling myself I have to keep at it if I want to get anywhere!
231.4 lb Lost so far: 64.6 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
