Seem to be at a stand still. I was afraid of this because I am having a hard time eating between 1000 to 1200 calories. Averaging 850 daily. I need to pick up my caloric intake for a couple of days. Ugh. Such a long road a head, I really don't want to stall this early.

Diet Calendar Entry for 17 July 2016:
1045 kcal Fat: 44.87g | Prot: 88.87g | Carb: 86.39g.   Breakfast: Kroger Lowfat 1% Milk, Slim-Fast Shake Mix - Chocolate Royale. Lunch: Private Selection Organic Baby Spinach, Kroger Mexican Style Cheese, Wal-Mart Fresh Pineapple, Kroger Pizza Parlor Style Pizza Sauce, Great Value 97% Fat Free Cooked Ham, Ole Extreme Wellness High Fiber Low Carb Tortillas. Dinner: Kroger Pork Steak, Ken's Steak House Lite Honey Mustard Dressing, Boiled Egg, Kroger Fresh Selections Leafy Romaine, Kroger Fat Free Zesty Italian Dressing, Marketside Fresh Spinach, Skinless Chicken Breast, Backyard Farms Tomatoes on The Vine. more...

You are doing great and have lost a good amount in a short period, and your body probably just needs to catch up. Don't think of it as a stall, maybe just a stutter -- stick with it and you will see progress again soon. Remember, slow but steady!!

woah woah woah ..... you have lost a lot in a short while... take it easy on yourself. like panda said, gotta give your body time to adjust. just stay the course and you'll be ok.

It's not a stall unless you stay the same for 3+ weeks. Losing isn't linear. Like the others have said, your body needs time to adjust and recalibrate! You're doing great. Stick to your program, and enjoy the ride. ;)
