10.07.2016 PERSONAL NOTE.
I did not create time for morning cardio ...poor me..but in the evening I have managed to walk up my stairs 6 times, a time total of 1H 06 MIN 07 sec 768Kcal burned..I was aiming at 1040Kcal but my full stomach was a let down.
I managed 6l of water today
My food intake was 250g roasted salmon and tomatoes for lunch and also 250g again for dinner
my supplements were lipo 100 fatburner, Lcarnite, multivitamin, Vitamin E,Magenesium,Vitamin B12,lots of Coffee, Omega 3 fish gel.
SNACK a table spoon of cottage cheese mixed in a small glass of Milk.
TOMORROW GOALS
Exercise twice, morning target will be 1000Kcal and evening 500Kcal.Yes I will beat hypothyroidism.
