On day 2 of a LCHF diet today and feel like a sack of potatoes :( My 12 month old had me up at the usual 5am! I could hardly keep my eyes open I was so tired. Surprisingly not missing the bread, potatoes etc, but I don't feel right not eating fruit. On the plus side I got to have bacon and fried egg for breakfast and a large dollop of fresh cream on my coffee :) I don't feel hungry at all, feel a bit bloated actually.
