Got the all clear from the Orthopaedic specialist and back in proper work out shoes. Still feeling a little timid about lunges but slowly pushing my limits with the new toe joint. So far so good! My gym challenge has been going great! I still lost weight while in recovery but very slowly. Now I am full speed. Love that cleaning up my yard after a severe wind and hail storm and flooding burned a whopping 750 cals for about 2.5 hours of labor. I am trying a dance fit class tonight. I am told it is similar to Zumba. Diet is going well just doing energy in energy out method. Portion control allows all kinds of decadent treats with in reason.
