So I am a shift worker and for the most part I do really well with keeping my caloric intake on schedule up until I get to my last 12hr night shift. I am well behaved at work but once it is over and I get home I tend to lazy eat. Eat things that are snacks and packaged cause it is quick and easy and I am comatose. It usually ends up with a disappointing fluctuation of weight that I spend the next seven days trying to erase plus a small loss to add to my totals. It has become a routine and now I have to break it!!!! My plan of action is to have readymade low calorie snacks in the fridge like fruit salad, grapes, hard boiled eggs. Also maybe a green smoothy ready and waiting to fill the void. I will let you know how it goes. Wish me luck😊
