Did a weigh in this morning. It just happens to be 143.5, on other mornings I have been 146, 144, 145. My son convinced me that his method of weighing himself each day, gives him an idea of how much his normal fluctuation is. This seems to be true. I cannot say that I weighed more on the days that I ate more or vice versa. On days that I did a lot of exercise I did seem to have higher weigh ins. ?? Anyways, I am eating to my 1600 RDI pretty well and doing a lot of standing and moving about renovating. I am not really on a yoga regimen and I am really missing that. I just practice poses in appropriate moments, especially when I need strength or stamina, which is often! My daughter will be married in two weeks. Maybe the stress of all the logistics and trying to get my house in order is playing a part. I thought that with the 1600 RDI for slow weightloss would have given me the 4 pounds loss by now, but it is going very slow. Still I am not denying myself anything and yes I am having a greater concentration of carbs than usual. That's it.
