I was down to 164 a couple of weeks ago - but that was after a very stressful week in which my wife spent seven days in the cardiac unit at the hospital. I didn't try to lose weight that week. In fact, I ate quite a few meals at McDonalds. But I was running around quite a bit and definitely agitated. At my next weigh-in (after a week of traveling on vacation) I was back up to 167.

This is where I want to be - between 160 and 170. So far, so good. I just hope I can convince my body that this is where we ought to stay, even without extraordinary attention to diet and exercise. But I know I do need to give ORDINARY attention to diet and exercise or I will gain it all back again, for sure.
