INTERESTING VIEW FOUND ON A MESSAGE BOARD... (THE KEY COMPONENT HERE IS HEALTH)

If I'm honest with myself, I think I'm starting to see things her way. I'm so tired after spending my life driving myself crazy.

I'm fat. I have always been fat. I am careful what I eat, watch salt, sugar, fat and get the fruits and veggies every day, fibre, etc. But despite that, I'm still fat. I was a fat baby, chubby toddler, etc., but I am healthy and at 61, I don't care what people think. I go to the beach, the pool. I travel, I do yard work. I live my life and my doctor knows I am healthy - BP, Cholesterol, blood sugar, all good - better than my average weight husband's. I don't need to post pictures of myself anywhere to know I have worth. I am loved. I have family, friends, live, love and laugh, every day. It's sad that someone needs to do this to feel good about themselves.

Health, family, those are two lotteries we've already won; throw in a sense of humour, waves crashing on rocky or sandy shores, sunsets, friends, etc, etc. Poundage will come and go...the other things are permanent. Have a great one.
