This is day 4 of the HCG diet. After gaining 6 pounds during the loading phase, I lost 5 of those pounds in one day.Last night was challenging because I worked an 8 hour shift, which is at a restaurant. We have a lot of tempting pies. But I remained strong. The calories on this diet at this point are very low at this point. But I still don't feel very hungry. The pies are just visually tempting with all that whipped cream on top...I have to remind myself that my goal is more important than a momentary sugar fix. And I guess I got that when I ate the 3 scoop banana split the other day! No more sugar for me for at least 3 weeks.
