After a rough week (and a half really) and then weighing in this morning. I see the problem. I went for my brisk walk this morning and it was super cold. I have been trying to stay on track but I have really just felt terrible and down. the walk really helped me this morning and I feel energized. I just need to remember how I feel after that and what it makes me want to do for myself.

How do you manage to get your walk in the morning? I *want* to do that, but I work and get the toddler up and to daycare, and would have to get up WAY before sunrise to do that... Luckily at least 1 kid is reasonably self-sufficient. Hubby is leaving the house as I'm getting up-still pre-sunrise.

I hear you Zippy, same sit. here. I have started to walk during lunch around building...or in it if bad weather. I don't spend that much time eating anyway!
