In 54 weeks time i will celebrate my 50th birthday,God willing!
I want to get more out of life and know that this will be easier if I can lose around 85 lbs. I know that in the past i have had some success when I record my eating and exercise regularly, so I have chosen fat secret as the tool I will use to reach my goal.
