I am so stuck, for a week now. Actually I lost 6oz. I'm seriously craving sweets, all of a sudden and mainly at night.
I was doing so well and only having tidbits here and there to handle my cravings I'm staying in to my limits. I stuck well a few ounces BUT I'll take them!
I just would like to see a pound start to drop again.
And I wish I could cut the sweet tooth out!

I tried a while back to add in a little fruit and it brought back cravings fierce! I use artificial sweetener and it doesn't bother me at all in wanting sweets but boy, those berries awakened THE SWEET BEAST!

Amen Rckc! Contrary to all advice I use Stevia sweetner DAILY in coffee and anything I want sweet. lol And here ya go........the "bad" one..........DIET PEPSI or DIET COKE, DAILY. I've never looked back after dropping regular pop (lost 30 lbs in one month when I did about 20 years ago) but have never even considered dropping diet pop. Guess if its going to kill me I'll die happy!

@GG Stevia is awesome. Diet coke is my favorite preworkout. Not giving it up. All that anti-sweetener crap is just that.

I don't care for diet colas but I like some fruit and like I said it never bothered me and I was dropping quickly. I didn't crave sweets and was always content or full. I'm mainly on a vegie diet with some fruit (I try to stay away from the high sugar ones) I also eat chicken, lean hamburger and also pork occasionally, I hate seafood :p I mix everything up so my body doesn't get used to the same old same old. Tonight I actually eat later and it was a big salad, mainly Romaine lettuce, baby spinach with peach salsa, onions, 1 egg, and 1 ounce of Colby longhorn cheez and 1oz of chicken and I couldn't eat it all so I saved some for tomorrow :) I feel better about today but I'm still entertaining the though of a 1 day fast, if I keep checking my blood sugar.
