I put in what I ate the last two days and I am over. I feel like I really need to add what I eat, even if I am over so I can hold myself accountable for my actions. Normally I just leave the whole day out, but looking at it makes me want to work harder at bringing myself in control. Being honest about what you eat is the most important thing.
