I'm so struggling! My cheat day was Sun. as I planned and then today I was so under pressure and stressed that it was insane. I'll be glad when Graduation and my daughters party is over! I don't know what up but I was so hungry today and nothing seemed to stop that hunger. So I just stopped the fight and had some peanut butter after a lot of other unsatisfying things. I'm bummed to cause I had my pic taken yesterday and I don't see a 29 pd difference. I mean I know I'm big and I feel the loss in my clothes but I feel a bit discouraged. So all the self talk is flooding in and tomorrow I fight again! Just a thought though I have been moving around a lot the last week and between yesterday and today a lot so I'm thinking that may be why I'm more hungry I don't know but if that's it can anyone give me some tips to help with that?

Hang in there,Cathy. You may not SEE a difference yet, but you know its there. Your clothes fit better...that's not for nothing. You got this girl. We are all in this for the long haul, right?

I can sympathize with those hungry days. I have had many myself. They seem to come and go? I have found I just have to struggle through them and eventually they taper off for a while. My opinion is that it is just a rotten part of dieting we have to struggle through. As I keep saying, this weight loss stuff is not easy. Drinking green tea or coffee sometimes is helpful. I also will exercise sometimes to take my mind off my stomach yelling at me to eat. I hope this gets better for you soon!

Thanks all! Today I'm doing great. I have been more active than usual this week and so I feel like that takes energy and I guess my body needed more food but the snacks shame on me :(
Yesterday's weakness is today's victories!
I have most all her Grad stuff done whew but it has really taken a lot out of me. I'm disabled and trying to move more to feel more accomplished but I have some serious illness and a very messed up back so even though I feel better my back just reminds me that I'm partially broken.
I DO NOT want back surgery and because I'm so heavy they don't feel I'm a candidate for it.
So I'm trying to loose this weight and see how I can go!
Thanks again everyone xxxxxx
