it's the middle of the week. stress level is high but I'm trying to deal with it. things have not been entirely too bad. just really want the weekend to be here.
hope everyone is doing well.
132.0 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Stress is temporary! I'm working for 40 days straight right now and I just shrug it off, there's nothing that stressing out about it is going to help
