My Doctor was seriously happy!My A1C was 1/2 point high but the weight loss was great, she said keep on! I will. Unfortunately my cholesterol was high :( she wasn't sure why since I have been losing weight and eating right so she put me a med. to lower it so let's see how that works. Other than that it made me feel good and renewed my strength! God is faithful and good! Kitty
