Well I am recording my last weigh in on last Friday .Felt happy but kind of splurged it over the weekend .Guess that is OK. I am not counting the calories any more.Just eating when ever I fee like eating
171.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week

It's easy to count calories when you're proud. Avoiding the calorie journaling is avoid the truth. Next thing you know there's 5 pounds unaccounted for. Jump back on the wagon before the wheels come off. just advice, not criticism. been there, regret that.
