A nice sunny day in Scotland. Pretty good diary today and kept to my no alcohol rule. Sunday brunch was a bit of a slammer but fruit and fillet steak for supper with fresh veggies so I'm feeling pretty good. A day out planned for tomorrow so lots of walking.
