I've had the flu this week, which is a lousy way to manage weight loss. I'll probably put a pound or two back on, once i start eating again, but I hit my (sub) goal weight, so I'm changing it. I'm not sure I can reasonably go under 190, so this is probably my terminal (or, less fatalistically, my ideal) goal weight.
