Considering I keep reading and hearing that 1-2lbs a week of weight loss is considered a healthy and decent amount, making it up to 8lbs a month, I would say 20lbs is somewhat insane. Anywho, yeah, muscle does weigh more than fat, which is why people get confused if they aim to gain muscle and lose weight at the same time.

No more injection. Not sure if I am going to switch to lchf now or phase 3. Leaning more towards lchf to drop the additional but still keeping my fitness routine.

PS - BTW - I ran the diet w/o the HCG for awhile. Results still really good...

For me it would be worse for the weight to come off and the clothes to still be tight.
Kudos for your effort.

Hey Karen, you look good right now, but I understand you would like to lose more. It does make you feel better. I never will go back.

Hey Karen, read your earlier post about LCHF. I joined that group here as well since I was flirting with it before deciding to HCG again. I think that I may go through Phase 3 1st, especially since I'm a beer and BBQ summer gal. Also, I'm thinking about the whole new "set point" theory. I'll definitely be adding in exercise shortly although I don't think that I can keep up with you. I'm definitely interested in seeing what you do next and how it works out for you.
