Omgosh! How in the heck does being in bed with the flu for two days add weight! Groan* I'm going back to bed.
125.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Water weight maam. Influenza has a nasty habit of causing your cells to swell with water. It will clear out. You may find that you LOST weight over all.

Ditto Knuckles. And it seems sooooo wrong. When you've been so sick, you almost feel like you should be rewarded with a bit of a loss. It may take you a couple days to get back to feeling like your old self.
