i got off track this last 2 weeks from depression which i know is no excuse.But I am back and fighting this weight.

Depression is a pretty good excuse in my opinion. Looking at the way you're eating, it seems to me that you're not eating enough mood-raising foods. I think you need higher proportions of fat and protein as against carbs. Food has a massive influence on positivity, I think. Just my five ha'pence.
