17 days worth left of shots. 13 lbs to go. Yesterday I did an hour on the treadmill, washed and detailed my car did yard work and worked in the flour bed, are 417 calories and gained .02 pounds.. only thing I can think why is I added veal to my meals yesterday. No more veal until p3. Seems like I'm kinda hitting a plateau. Tomorrow will be an apple day. but for today I will still do what I do. Happy Monday Ya'll.

Water weight shifts around a lot, especially if you eat something salty. I have kept moving averages for a while. Happy Monday to you.
