kay629's Journal, 23 April 2016

I've just realised I've had my first slice of bread for a few days... there is an old saying for when you've retired- 'I don't know how I found time to go to work' well this is me. Please don't think I'm not supporting you losing weight if I don't comment, I think it's great that we're all on here giving it a go, but some days I don't have time to do anything more than just check my emails. But can I just say a big thankyou to everyone supporting me on my weight loss.

I know what you mean. I'm busy all the time. The difference since I retired is that a lot of the time, I am busy with things I want to do, instead of things I need to do. And just like you, I feel like I'm surrounded with friends since I joined FS.
