After my afternoon workout I am feeling refreshed and energized-almost too energized :-D It's funny how the outdoors and a workout can clear your head and just make you feel better!

Yes being outdoors helps me too. If I am stressed at work, I go for a quick 20 minute walk and come back a new woman that can handle anything. Awesome job on your weight loss!
