Didn't have anything to eat until my breaking point of 9:30pm.
But i didn't big out! i ate a healthy organic pizza with lots of veggies! I'm kinda counting weight watcher point and the whole pizza was worth 15 points i was still under my point value for the day. So tomorrow I'm going to starting adding breakfast back into my protein fast.. or whatever you wanna call it. I'm going to have egg whites with tomatoes, mushrooms and spinach! yummy my goal is to be 195 by the end of the month! I will be done!!!!

I agree that Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. You should never "feel" hungry. Yes, do Try to eat some wonderful protein in the morning to help fuel your body and make sure it does not store your fat for when you to eat. Pizza with veggies, oh heavenly. Yum. 195 by the end of the month is an awesome goal. Keep it up. YOU are doing it!
