Moving day March 30, 2016. Missed morning and afternoon snacks. Experienced extreme low blood sugar crash about 4:00 PM. Am a diabetic so must be careful with this. Ate a teaspoon of brown sugar and felt a little better but did not feel well until after supper at 6:00-6:30. Must not go more than 3 hours without eating. Snacks are important.
