Ahhh...the sweet 'first week' weight loss. I just need to look at this as a change in my way of living and eating, instead of a race to a weight goal. Though, it is a weight loss goal, too. :-P
192.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 67.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
