Oops, went over my RDI. That Pumpkin smoothie was a bit much. I tell ya, that night time sweet tooth gets me every time. Gotta by some low cal sweet treat. I am going to clean out the kitchen this weekend and restock it with what I need to success (guess I should have done that BEFORE I started, but better late than never.)
