Finally going down again!
I have been researching different ways of eating and really looking into the Dash Diet. I have high blood pressure and elevated cholesterol, this plan seems to be one I will benefit from.
I'm not looking for a quick fix, I'm just ready to be healthy!
234.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 99.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week
