I tend to stay on track pretty good...until the weekends and a few nights after dinner..when the late munchies try to attack!!!

What are some ways you all overcome this hurdle?

I've found a few things over the years - 1 - stay away from alcohol, 2 - keep the carbs real low (it seems eating carbs makes you want to eat more carbs, 3 - drinking water - good luck!
