Well...Im losing inches, but Im not losing pounds. I don't get it. It's so confusing. But I guess the # on the scale shouldn't matter, as long as my pants are getting looser and Im that much closer to fitting back into my smaller pants. That's the most important part. But why doesn't the scale reflect the loss?

it's very common for you to lose inches but not weight. most likely, you're losing fat and building muscle. muscle is more dense than fat, and therefore takes up less space. so you're probably losing fat (and inches) but the muscle you're building is increasing (so the scale isn't changing). what matters is how your clothes fit! try googling "why the scale lies", it's really interesting reading in how you can't always go by what your scale reads.
