I am determined! I will lose 5 pounds for the month of November! I went lunch shopping, since that has been my downfall, and got healthy (fruit) snacks and Smart Ones. Last week I challenged myself to: 1) limit soda to 3 per week! -SUCCESS 2) eat within my points range (using flex points if necessary)-OVER SLIGHTLY 3) keep the scale going down rather than up, down, up, down! SUCCESS 4) exercise at least 4 times per week! SUCCESS
I'm challenging myself again for these items and I will succeed!
