I watched a phenomenal documentary on Netflix the other night, called "Fed Up". I know a lot of you on here like reading about studies regarding weight (as do I) so I highly recommend you watch it. The film focuses on the causes of obesity in the US, presenting evidence showing that the large quantities of sugar in processed foods are an overlooked root of the problem, and points to the monied lobbying power of "Big Sugar" in blocking attempts to enact policies to address the issue. Very, very interesting, if you're into that sort of thing 😉

I'm with you on the wine! I'm currently taking a break from it, but it's the thing I miss the most! Ive finally made peace with the fact that I can't eat bread (or anything with gluten) due to the recent discovery of a gluten allergy, but knowing that I have that allergy has helped me to stay away from those foods, which has helped me tremendously. I do miss the crunch of chips, though... So I have started making my own baked flax chips and kale chips, both are pretty tasty 🙂
