Day 5 over since starting back on my diet. It's alot easier this time around as I have gotten use to what I can and can not have. Even my wife is sticking to the diet as well and doing terrific. I'm averaging about 1400-1500 calories daily and about 20-40 carbs daily. So definitely staying where I want to be. Last time I did this exactly the same I lost 26 pounds in 31 days. Now starting Monday I'll be heading back to the gym and starting slowly with some walking on the treadmill and maybe some light weights. I'm so going to do this and this time I will lose the weight I gained back and then alot more.... Believe in yourself, and the rest will fall into place. Have faith in your own abilities, work hard, and there is nothing you cannot accomplish..... Brad Henry

Thank you Debra...I been watching your post and your doing great...The tweaking of diets is what we have to do at times to not reach a plateau or to adjust for the weight loss or gain ;)

Thanks Sarge, the tweak is slowly being cleaned off my walls floors....toes..my toes are green (sigh) This seems to happen when I try to change things. I rarely eat lunch, maybe the kale spew was a sign to let it be for now.
